Shipping heavy lumber kits on large creates is expensive. This options allows you to take advantages of those savings by purchasing the lumber yourselves directly from your local lumber supply store. A detailed list of the lumber you need will be included in your purchase as well as detailed instructions of what lengths to cut each board.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The roofing panels for this kit are cut to the size you select and made-to-order so we DO NOT offer any full refunds. If you are un-sure if you will like the roofing color. Go to our BYPK Accessories page to order a free sample of our kits so you feel confident in what it will look like.
WE DO however offer free replacement of missing parts or parts damaged in shipping.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping cost is included in price. Once your order is placed, we will provide clear communication on your order's status. Typical lead times are at 4-5 weeks.
Your kit is shipped via a freight carrier from our facility here in San Antonio to the nearest distribution center by your location. From there our trusted carrier we partner with will call you to set up an appointment date/time to deliver your kit. Your kit will arrive and be hand unloaded into your driveway. You just need to be there to provide access, inspect and sign that you received the order.
WARRANTY INFO
For our Cover/Hardware only kits, we provide a 10 year warranty. This covers the roofing cover and hardware. Since this kit does not include lumber we do not warranty the lumber or structure.
