RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our kits are made-to-order so we DO NOT offer any full refunds. If you are un-sure if you will like the stain color or roofing color. Go to our BYPK Accessories page to order a free sample of our kits so you feel confident in what it will look like.
WE DO however offer free replacement of missing parts or parts damaged in shipping.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping cost is included in price. Once your order is placed, we will provide clear communication on your order's status. Typical lead times are at 4-5 weeks.
Your kit is shipped via a freight carrier from our facility here in San Antonio to the nearest distribution center by your location. From there our trusted carrier we partner with will call you to set up an appointment date/time to deliver your kit. Your kit will arrive with two delivery professionals who will open the palletized kit and hand unload your kit from the truck into your driveway. You just need to be there to provide access, inspect and sign that you received the order.
WARRANTY INFO
Our pergola kits have a 10-year warranty which includes the structure and the roofing! For more detailed information regarding our warranty, see our FAQs page.
PRICE INFO
The only option that changes the price for this model is the wood option you choose. Cedar option will add cost to the base price.
All other options such as roofing color, stain color, and custome size options will not change the cost to the base price.
**Once order is placed we will send you a free sample of your pergola kit so you can confirm you like the colors before it starts fabrication. If you wish to have a sample before purchasing the kit, you can purchase a sample from our BYPK Accessories page. **
"ATTACHED TO WALL"?
We love our freestanding pergolas, but we recognize that many scenarios call for your pergola to be as close to your house as possible. You could always build a freestanding pergola right next to your house. Or you could attach it to the exterior wall. This is a great option for those who may not want a post blocking their window.
Your house roof is leak-proof, our pergola roof is leak-proof, but we do not warranty a leak-proof connection between your house and the pergola kit because we are not the ones professionally installing it. Instead, we recommend you hire a professional to properly flash the kit into your house if you are looking for a 100% leak proof connection. Our kit includes a method for flashing that is very DIY friendly and if done per our instructions you will not need to hire a professional. But this method does not provide any leak-proof guarantee.
