Once your order is placed, we will provide clear communication on your order's status. Typical lead times are at 4-5 weeks.

Your kit is shipped via a freight carrier from our facility here in San Antonio to the nearest distribution center by your location. From there our trusted carrier we partner with will call you to set up an appointment date/time to deliver your kit. Your kit will arrive with two delivery professionals who will open the palletized kit and hand unload your kit from the truck into your driveway. You just need to be there to provide access, inspect and sign that you received the order.
